Lara has a degree in fitness management and has been a nationally certified (ACSM) personal trainer for over 15 years. She has worked and trained all walks of life from the busy mom to the professional athlete. Lara has worked with the U.S. Olympic Volleyball Teams and for the past 11 years has been training at the prestigious Cooper Fitness Center in McKinney, Texas. She also contracts with the Michael Johnson Performance Training Center working with collegiate athletes preparing for the NFL to Track and Field Teams from across the world.

Her passion has always been to help men and women get physically fit by incorporating a workout plan and realistic diet that will ultimately allow you to live a healthy lifestyle and look great! Being the mom of toddler twin boys, Lara knows how hard it is to get your workouts in, continue to be motivated, and stay in shape.

Lara lives by what she preaches. She is an avid runner and athlete who has competed in numerous marathons, triathlons and several other endurance events. She loves being outdoors and spending time with her twin boys and husband.
