One of the lectures I went to at the ACSM conference was about snacking. The entire time I was thinking about Fitdiva Jill because the speaker was totally dogging the 100 calorie snack packs and Jill is also not a fan of the 100 calorie snack packs. Why? Because they are full of empty calories. If you want a good snack try choosing foods that have more nutrients such as yogurt or a piece of fruit with a few almonds. The other problem with the snack packs are people tend to eat more than one pack which defeats the purpose.
